Stovall Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by California Scottish Rite Foundation
The Foundation offers scholarship awards to students attending fully accredited colleges and universities throughout the United States through its main funds: the Baldwin Scholarship, the Harry Lister Scholarship, the Ruppert Scholarship, and the William F. Stovall Scholarship. Eligibility Applicants must be California residents, hold a minimum 3.0 GPA, and plan to enroll full‑time as defined by their institution. In addition to these baseline requirements, each scholarship program carries its own specific eligibility criteria. Program focus The William F. Stovall Scholarship and the Baldwin Scholarship specifically fund students pursuing graduate study—master’s or doctoral degrees—in public service–oriented fields, such as public‑school administration, speech‑language pathology, public administration, special education, and related areas.
