About Kansas Farm Bureau
Kansas Farm Bureau (KFB) is a nonprofit advocacy organization founded in 1919. For more than a century it has supported members by offering leadership training, agricultural education, legal representation, environmental advocacy, farm safety initiatives, risk-management resources, rural development efforts, and assistance with international trade. Operating from its state office in Manhattan, KFB is a grassroots network with a county Farm Bureau presence in each of Kansas’ 105 counties.
Mission
KFB’s mission is to support Kansas agriculture and improve the lives of Kansans through advocacy, education, and service.
Technical School Scholarships — 8 awards of $500
Eligibility
- Applicant or the applicant’s parent/guardian must be a member of Kansas Farm Bureau.
- Applicant must be pursuing a program in agriculture or a closely related field of study.
- Applicant must be enrolled full-time at an accredited technical school located in Kansas.
