Grey Legacy Scholarship was created by his family and loved ones in partnership with the Filipino American Council of Ventura County to memorialize the life, honor the memory, and commemorate the legacy of Tony V. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
$2500 Scholarship Award*
- A graduating high school student (class of 2024) from a school located in Ventura County
- A minimum cumulative high school GPA of 2.0
- A resident of Ventura County
- A minimum Filipino heritage of 50%
*Family of Tony Grey including direct, extended, distant, or otherwise are not eligible for consideration of this award. The life of Tony Grey went above and beyond just his family and this scholarship award was created in that spirit.

- 15-30 minute interview in-person or via video chat
