Overview
These are the renewal rules for continuing scholarship payments. Students are responsible for meeting the requirements and submitting the requested materials by the stated deadlines — the Foundation does not send reminder notices. Continued disbursement of future installments depends on meeting the conditions and providing required documentation on time.
Eligibility (applies to all renewable scholarships)
- Must be enrolled full-time at a college or university in the United States.
- Must remain in good academic standing.
- Must submit the documents listed for the scholarship type and semester by the deadline for that scholarship. Failure to meet deadlines or provide required items may result in forfeiture of the scholarship.
Renewal Instructions — Scholarships paid in 4 installments (annual fall submission)
- Annual deadline: July 15 each year.
- What you must submit by July 15:
- Official or unofficial transcript.
- A one-page narrative describing the past academic year: academic progress, community service performed during the year, and any employment.
- Fall class registration showing the credits you will take.
- If your installment amount is $5,000 or more, a student bill is required. That bill must be your final bill showing all financial aid and your balance due. Students required to submit a bill in this category are allowed an extended deadline of August 15.

Renewal Instructions — Scholarships paid in 8 installments (biannual submission)
Fall semester submission
- Annual fall deadline: August 15 each year.
- Submit by August 15:
- Transcript.
- One-page narrative summarizing the prior academic year, community service, and any employment.
- Fall class registration with credit load.
- Student fall bill (final bill listing all financial aid and your portion).
Spring semester submission
- Annual spring deadline: January 15 each year.
- Submit by January 15:
- Transcript that includes fall semester grades.
- Spring class registration showing credits to be taken.
- Student spring bill (final bill listing all financial aid and your portion).
- Note: Grant Interface link opens May 16.
Additional reminders
- It is the student’s responsibility to upload/forward all required materials by the stated due dates. The Foundation will not issue reminder notices.
- Bills must be final statements that clearly list institutional financial aid and the student’s remaining balance.
- Missing documentation or late submissions may cause suspension or termination of future scholarship installments.
