Christian Missionary Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by Christian Missionary Scholarship Foundation
Introduction
Founded in 1992 by Stanley and Harriet van Reken, the Christian Missionary Scholarship Foundation exists to help missionary families afford a Christian college education for their children. The van Rekens started the nonprofit after relatives returned to missionary service without a way to pay for their children’s college. Since then the foundation has grown to assist more than 100 missionary children each year at six Christian higher-education institutions.
